Dennis Cheesebrow

Dennis Cheesebrow - Founder

Dennis is a leader, organizational coach, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in creating insight, alignment, and action through the power of the FrameWorks™ processes.
His presence is characterized by creativity, humor, and strength-based leadership.

His unique approach and style has led his clients consistently through growth, transition, and change with high levels of achievement and success. His experience covers a range of clients across education, government, faith-based, non-profit and for-profit organizations.

A broad background and experiences in business, management, marketing, product development, engineering, manufacturing, public speaking, education, and church ministry is leveraged on a daily basis in creating value and service to his clients.

Julie Goldsmith

Julie Goldsmith - Senior Consultant

Julie brings a unique blend of experiences to her role as Senior Consultant.  With a career spanning consulting experience, classroom teaching, educational leadership, and her doctoral studies in organizational development, she enjoys working toward a deeper understanding of organizations and their alignment and effectiveness.  As an energetic facilitator and insightful out-of-the-box thinker, Julie brings a multifaceted perspective to her work with client organizations.

Bonnie Cheesebrow

Bonnie Cheesebrow - Business Manager

Bonnie oversees TeamWorks’ operation and fiscal activities, including invoicing, account management, and human resources. Her strength is developing processes and practices that ensure financial stability and create a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and job satisfaction.

On her own time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and watercolor painting.

John Cheesebrow

John Cheesebrow - Client Services

John works to ensure that Teamworks’ clients are connected and well-served, operating from a belief that relationships come first. After completing a degree in Communication and Business Management from St. John’s University, John went on to work for Young Life, a non-profit youth ministry organization. He offers a creative perspective, a warm interpersonal style,  a passion for serving, and a willingness to listen to clients facing ever-changing needs and challenges. In his spare time, John enjoys bow-hunting, fishing, working on the house, and enjoying the outdoors with his soon-to-be-wife Alli and their yellow Lab, Kirby.  

Jim Lind

Jim Lind - Insight Services Manager

Jim is a GIS data analyst whose diverse background includes map design, quantitative research, field techniques, GIS programming, and natural resources. He has worked with the University of Minnesota North Central Research and Outreach Center, the Natural Resources Research Institute, the City of Duluth Planning Department, and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture before joining TeamWorks Intl in 2008.

As a recent graduate of the Master of Geographic Information Science program at the University of Minnesota, he has conducted geographical analysis on a variety of different mapping projects and has gained a strong sense of project management throughout his career. Jim’s diligent work ethic and attention to detail make him an asset in a variety of challenging situations. Jim enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, and traveling.

Rich Swanson

Rich Swanson - Insight Services

Rich grew up in Wabasha, but spent most of his adult life living out of state.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Geology from Winona State University, and a Masters Degree in Geography from Hunter College of the City University of New York.  Prior to joining Teamworks he spent time working in the military, the oil industry, county government, and most recently he worked as a cartographer for the USDA soil survey program in western Colorado.  He just moved back to Minnesota in May after being gone for the better part of 22 years.  In his spare time he builds wooden boats, pretends like he can play guitar, and gets lost trying to find his way around the Twin Cities.

Tim Cheesebrow

Tim Cheesebrow - Survey / Design / Web / Product Development / Insight Services

Tim is responsible for developing new products and services to meet client needs. He is responsible for the creation of all image, branding, and marketing materials, development and administration of the company website, computer networking administration, and the Online Community. He is the author and presenter for the "Are You FrameWorks Ready?" simulation-enhanced leadership development workshop. He also manages the creation, implementation and analysis of client surveys.

He began his career at TeamWorks shortly after returning from service in AmeriCorps as a science, art, music, and band teacher in Mississippi. His education as an artist and musician at St. John's University, combined with his experience as an educator give him a unique perspective on many situations.

He plays guitar and sings in local groups playing classic rock and folk music, as well as his original music. His experience extends to the forming of his own photography and design company, The Minnesota Image, with his lovely wife Jenn.
