• Provide a solid framework for aligning the adults in differing roles, responsibilities and interests around the learning and growth of all students without exception or excuse in preference over adult comfort and convenience,

• Create an integrated, powerful and sustainable system of roles, responsibilities, policies, planning, tactics, measurement and feedback that improves outcomes for learners.

• Engage the adults in systemic leadership capacity development that is practical, robust and adaptable through leadership changes at School Board and Administration level, and · Implements a focus on results rather than inputs, on relationships rather than private privilege, on health and sustainability rather than quick fixes
