Amy Anderson - Director of Client Relations
AMY ANDERSON has held leadership roles in higher education, private industry and agency settings – but her passion lies in working with clients to understand their issues and aspirations, then designing and supporting strategies to achieve those goals.
Amy brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic marketing communications, public relations, public affairs, market research, reputation management, and crisis communications. She is known for her high energy, effective listening, strategic thinking and flexibility in meeting client needs.
Ben Anderson - Insight Services Manager
BEN ANDERSON manages the research, development, production and delivery of analytic solutions to serve a wide range of clients in Education, Government, Non-profit and Faith-based Communities. Ben utilizes his education, experience and ingenuity to design best-fit research, analysis and implementation of innovative solutions to help clients face challenging opportunities. As a research analyst, GIS consultant and department manager, Ben has worked with a multitude of clients on an even wider range of projects. As a Master of Geographic Information Science, Ben has created many unique opportunities for clients to maximize efficiency and performance in: marketing efforts, facility utilization, site location and resource planning. Ben also has experience in coordinating large production efforts and technological training. Ben is best known for his analytical thinking skills and ability to turn challenge into opportunity through in-depth research and analysis. His communication skills allow him to effectively assess the exact needs of the client and the solutions available for that client using varying degrees of available resources.
Jim Hauth - Insight Services Research and Development
JIM HAUTH is an experienced GIS analyst and quantitative researcher. He uses a consistent work ethic and strong people skills to function well in team settings or working alone. Jim strives to create a product that is both applicable, and more importantly, accurate to each situation and set of conditions. He interacts with clients in an open and adaptive style that is accountable for results, quality and client service.
Jim started his professional career at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN as a GIS mapping assistant to the Geography Department. After graduation, Jim moved back to the Twin Cities and started working for United Properties, LLC in Bloomington, MN before joining TeamWorks Intl in 2006.
Jim Lind - Insight Services Research and Development
JIM LIND is a GIS data analyst whose diverse background includes map design, quantitative research, field techniques, GIS programming, and natural resources. He has worked with the University of Minnesota North Central Research and Outreach Center, the Natural Resources Research Institute, the City of Duluth Planning Department, and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture before joining TeamWorks Intl in 2008.
As a recent graduate of the Master of Geographic Information Science program at the University of Minnesota, he has conducted geographical analysis on a variety of different mapping projects and has gained a strong sense of project management throughout his career. Jim’s diligent work ethic and attention to detail make him an asset in a variety of challenging situations. Jim enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, and traveling.
Tim Cheesebrow - Product Development / Webmaster
TIM CHEESEBROW is responsible for developing new products and services to meet client needs. He is responsible for the creation of all image, branding, and marketing materials, development and administration of the company website, computer networking administration, and the Online Community. He is the author and presenter for the "Are You FrameWorks Ready?" simulation-enhanced leadership development workshop. He also manages the creation, implementation and analysis of client surveys.
He began his career at TeamWorks shortly after returning from service in AmeriCorps as a science, art, music, and band teacher in Mississippi. His education as an artist and musician at St. John's University, combined with his experience as an educator give him a unique perspective on many situations.
He plays guitar and sings in local groups playing classic rock and folk music, as well as his original music. His experience extends to the forming of his own photography and web design business, The Minnesota Image Co, with his lovely wife Jenn.
Bonnie Cheesebrow - Business Manager
BONNIE CHEESEBROW oversees TeamWorks’ operation and fiscal activities, including invoicing, account management, and human resources. Her strength is developing processes and practices that ensure financial stability and create a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and job satisfaction.
On her own time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and watercolor painting.

TRACY FLYNN BOWE, M.A., J.D., is a dynamic presenter and a skilled consultant, executive coach, and organizational trainer. As a certified master trainer in the Four Color Personality and Leadership System, Tracy delivers training and development modules that transform the culture and climate of organizational life. With over 20 years of experience as an employment lawyer, trainer, harassment and discrimination investigator, conflict and complaint mediator, counselor and coach, Tracy uses her broad base of education and experience to analyze and clarify the issues and obstacles that interfere with the health and the success of an organization and its individual members.
Tracy’s unique and varied experience base allows her to work with complex organizational systems using a strength-based, whole person, and systems approach to change, conflict, collaboration, and organizational growth and development. She works with to raise awareness, develop insight, and produce effective action strategies. He has held responsible positions at virtually all management levels and across a wide range of areas including finance, administration, engineering, and business unit management.
