
I can't click the link to open my survey-
Go to the survey main page and hit the refresh button in your browser toolbar, allow the page to upload fully, and try again.
I can click to go to the survey, but I get taken to a blank TeamWorks page; there's no survey and nothing asking for my password.
I can type in my password, but it isn't working.
If you are using Netscape Navigator
The password utility Teamworks International Inc. uses to secure client surveys is not compatible with some versions of Netscape Navigator. This problem is easily corrected.

follow this link to download Netscape Navigator 8.1. It is the most current version to date and is compatible with the survey's password protection.
