Access Instructions for TeamWorks' FTP Site

You must be issued a username and password by a TeamWorks staff member
to access the FTP site

1. Download and install the version of "Filezilla" that matches your computer's operating system.

2. When the software is successfully installed, launch the program

3. In the "Host:" field enter the following IP address 209.62.39.15

4. In the "Username:" field enter YOURUSERNAME@teamworksintl.net

5. In the "Password" field enter PASSWORD

6. Click the "QuickConnect" button. Several lines should appear in the wide box below the grey menu area, and if the connection was successful there should be information and folders visible in all four of the smaller boxes.
On the LEFT: These boxes, referred to as "Local Site," are the contents of your computer, it's folders and files.
On the RIGHT: These boxes, referred to as "Remote Site" are the contents of your folder on our FTP site.

7. Navigate to the folder on your computer where you want downloaded files to be saved.

8. Select the files on the FTP site you'd like to download and drag them to the desired folder on your computer. The lower large box will display the progress of your file downloads.

9. To upload files to the FTP site, simply drag them from the folder on your computer to the FTP site window.
The lower large box will display the progress of your file uploads.

**All uploaded data is stored on a public server hosted by SiteGround (www.siteground.com). SiteGround maintains security and functionality of the servers they use to provide this service. Because the files on this site are not hosted by TeamWorks, we cannot guarantee the security of your files or the functionality of the FTP site.
