"Are You FrameWorks Ready?" Simulation Enhanced Workshop
This unique workshop allows participants to learn the theory behind FrameWorks, a proprietary system of tools and processes to guide leaders engaging in Leadership through Partnership, and apply this theory as they “lead” a simulated team. The setting is a fast-paced public process with lasting community impact that requires participants to manage relationships within the team and with the public, on time and on budget. The work is practical, engaging, intense and challenging. By the end of the workshop, participants are educated in the philosophy of Leadership through Partnership, and ready to use FrameWorks to guide decisions in their daily work.
Duration: Workshops are 2 consecutive days 8:30-4:30

The Organization Workshop gets to the heart of partnership in organization life – why partnership is critical to organizational success, what gets in the way of it developing, and the role of leaders in making it happen.The centerpiece of this dynamic leadership development program is an organization exercise in which participants find themselves in roles as top executives, middle managers, workers and customers interacting in a fast-paced environment. This approach enables the learning to get beyond the head level to where it hits home and sticks.
