History – Fissure was formed in 1988 and incorporated in 1990 as a consulting and training company. Early research and design work proved that simulation based learning was a superior approach. For 16 years, we have been refining and improving this approach to delivering results oriented skill-building results.

Assessments and Consulting – Fissure offers a comprehensive project management capability assessment and companion improvement planning that provides valuable benchmark information used to formulate plans for improving the performance of project management within an organization.  Our consulting services provide individual and team mentoring, independent assessments of project risks, costs and schedule estimates.  Fissure also provides collaboration services to work with project teams in developing project plans, metrics and measures for development processes and product performance as well as developing qualitative and quantitative metrics and measures for quality and productivity.
