MT Johnson & Associates
Mariann Johnson formed MT Johnson & Associates in 1990 to assist leaders and organizations in effectively implementing change through improved communication and whole systems alignment. A skilled facilitator and organization development consultant, Mariann has designed and facilitated hundreds of successful projects with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.

She is also a mediator with the MN Department of Human Rights and the Keybridge Foundation/ADA Project for the United States Department of Justice and is a Qualified Neutral with the MN State Supreme Court. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, the American Society for Training and Development, the Association for Conflict Resolution, the MN Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Organization Development Network and the MN Facilitators Network.
