Integrated Ministry Planning System

Catholic parishes have the opportunity to use TeamWorks’ Integrated Ministry Planning System to “connect the dots” between their mission, vision, ministry, finances, staffing and facilities. Working in partnership with Catholic Finance Corporation (CFC), TeamWorks will begin with a comprehensive analysis of a parish’s current condition, including a parish survey, demographic trends analysis, and a review of financial reports.

With the analysis as context, TeamWorks works closely with parish leadership to conduct a Mission and Ministry Assessment, and to develop Ministry Strategy and Goals, which form the foundation of the Integrated Ministry Model. CFC then works with the parish leadership to create a Financial and Budget Model to support the parish’s actions over the next 10 years.

The Integrated Ministry Planning System includes an evaluation every three years to ensure that daily decisions are consistently being made in the context of the long-term plan.
